Alice Elaine Knorr
Alice was born in Boise, Idaho on January 27, 1935 and lived her childhood years in Mountain Home, Idaho. She passed away on February 21, 2024 in St. James Hospital in Butte, Montana due to complications from a fall.
Alice received a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Western Montana College in Dillon, Montana, and went on to become a dedicated teacher for many years at Parkview Elementary.
After retirement Alice traveled to several destinations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe although she loved Ireland the most.
Alice was an avid reader and a member of the 2nd oldest continuing book club in the state, The Shakespeare Club.
Alice is survived by her husband, Dr. Gordon Knorr, as well as her two remaining sisters; Barbara Thompson and Sandra Loveland; her three children; Mike Klakken, Carol Klakken May, Theresa Torrance and two grandchildren Daniel and Cody Torrance.
Alice was loved by so many. There will be a memorial service at a future, to-be-determined date. In lieu of flowers please donate to our local humane society or Shriners Children's Hospital.
