Ann Simonsen

It is with great sadness the family of Ann Minnie Passmore Simonsen announce her passing on November 13, 2021. She was born in Butte Montana to John (Jack) Passmore and Dora Rody Passmore of the Centennial Valley. She grew up in the Centennial Valley on the Passmore homestead with her brother John attending the valley one room school. She attended Beaverhead County High School. She ran for Beaverhead County Rodeo Queen in 1960. She married Norman Kenneth Simonsen in 1961, they later divorced in 1984. They had two children Julie Marlene Simonsen and Robert Norman Simonsen. Ann was an avid bowler and won many bowling trophies over the years. She is known for living life on her own terms. She is preceded in death by her parents, ex-husband and son. She is survived by her brother John Charles Passmore(Jade) of Marysvilles, Indiana; daughter Julie Simonsen of Helena, Montana; grandson Chase Randoll Simonsen (Sarah), great grandsons Alexander Kenneth Simonsen and Dean Ove Simonsen of Shelby, Montana. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
