Cheri Pulley

Cheri LaRae Pulley, 74, of Lima, Montana, passed away Monday, July 11 th , 2022 at Barrett Hospital. Cheri was born June 14, 1948 to Randy Herrmann and LaRae (Rose) Herrmann in Mountain Home, ID. She graduated from Eldorado High School in Pollock Pines, California until finally settling in Emmett, Idaho where she met and married Tommy E. Pulley. Cheri worked at Albertsons Corporate Office as a Private Label Senior Sales Associate for over 25 years. After retiring from Albertsons, she pursued a different venture with Clement Papas as a buyer in which she succeeded in every endeavor as a lead buyer for the corporation. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with family, fishing, building the biggest campfires known to man and sharing company over a cold Coors Light while enjoying all forms of country music. Most of all, she liked bringing joy and laughter to others. She was a member of the Lima Community Christian Church and spent numerous hours assisting the congregation in cleaning and community events. Cheri loved contributing to the community where she supported the local paper “The Red Rock Review”, The Bailey Building and Museum, Lima Swimming Pool, voting and various events that benefitted the community. Cheri is preceded in death by her father, Randy Herrmann, mother, LaRae Powers, stepfather, James E. Powers, and her beloved sister, Rene’ Boyd. She is survived by son Rocky B. (Bobbie) Pulley (Lima, MT.), grandson Austin B. Pulley (Laurel, MT.), sister Shelly (Craig) Reap (Anaconda, MT.), brother Kelly R. Herrmann (Lima, MT.) and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins that were near and dear to her heart. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Lima Bailey Building and Museum or to a charity of choice in Cheri’s name. Services will be held on Saturday, 23 July at 1100 in the Lima Community Church with a “Pot-Luck” reception following at Cheri’s home. Cheri is to be interred at the Humphrey Cemetery in Humphrey, Idaho at a time and date still to be determined. “PERHAPS THEY ARE NOT STARS, BUT RATHER OPENINGS IN HEAVEN WHERE THE LOVE OF OUR LOST ONES POURS THROUGH AND SHINES DOWN UPON US TO LET US KNOW THEY ARE HAPPY”
