Cynthia Bailkey

Cynthia Ann Pabich Bailkey passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at home with family at her side. She was born in Marshfield, Wisconsin to Frank and Gertrude Pabich. Cindy grew up Chetek, Wisconsin where she married Vince Bailkey and together they had a daughter, Vanessa. They later divorced then Cindy and Vanessa moved to Dillon along with her mother Gertrude in 1991. Where she worked as a waitress at the Mine Shaft, later the Blacktail Station. She also worked as a housekeeper at Best Western and Fairbridge Inn until her illness forced her retirement. She was able to spend the last few months dedicated to time with family and friends. Cindy enjoyed being a mother and was always very proud of Vanessa. She was a very selfless and giving person who was loved by many. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her daughter Vanessa Fetrow of Dillon, her brothers; Scott Pabich, Mark Pabich, Dennis Pabich, and Larry Pabich all of Dillon, one niece and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial services will be held on Monday, September 26th at 1:00 pm at the Brundage Funeral Home.
