Dorothy May (Simpson) Rawson

March 28, 1937 - November 23, 2023

Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed peacefully on November 23, 2023.

She was born in Ronan Montana March 28th, 1937 to Harvey and Alive Simpson, second daughter of four. She was raised in Armstead Montana and graduated High School from Beaverhead High School in 1957. She met the love of her life Joseph Leo Rawson II in August 1956 and after he returned from his service in the Army they were married on May 9th, 1959. They had four children whom she doted on. She loved family, cooking, sewing and taking care of everyone. She was our matriarch and will be greatly missed and always loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Alice Simpson, her sister Lorna McNee, and youngest daughter Karla.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Joseph Leo Rawson II, her children Gayle (Terry) Rawson, Adrian Rawson, Grayce Rawson. 8 Grand children, 11 great grand children, and one great great grand child, and many friends.

No services are planned.
