Floyd "Pinky" Edwin Wheeler Jr. Pinky age 63 passed away unexpectedly at his home in Dillon, on Thursday, December 18, 2014. He was born March 5, 1951 in Cody, WY to Floyd Edwin Wheeler Sr.and Ruth Louise Wheeler. Pinky graduated from Beaverhead County High School in 1969. He married Virigilie Ora Sheldon-Hayden on June 30, 1973. They were blessed with 2 children. He worked at Barrett Minerals for 36 years. Pinky was an avid outdoors man who loved hunting, fishing, camping, and horse back riding. He also loved building and crashing demolition derby cars. He was proceeded in death by Clara Redfield (grandmother) Floyd Edwin Wheeler Sr (father), Ron Byrd (brother-in-law) and Robert Floyd Wheeler (son) He was survived by Virgilie Wheeler (wife), Ruth Wheeler (mother), Patsy Byrd (sister), Jean (sister) and Bill Swetish, Les Wheeler (brother), Joy (sister) and Joe Arbour, Tammy (daughter) and Shawn, and two grandsons Bobby (Bugs) and Kenny (Smarty Pants) Dye, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. Viewing will be held Monday December 22, 2014 at Brundage Funeral Home between 5 and 8 pm Services will be held Tuesday December 23, 2014 at Brundage Funeral Home at 10:30 am. Graveside Services immediately afterwards at Mountain View Cemetery. Reception will be held at the 4-H Building for friends and family.
