Gail Rule

Gail Andrews Rule, 95, passed away peacefully in Aiken, SC on November 15, 2014 with her family by her side. She was a wonderful wife and mother.  She will be sorely missed by her family and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. She was born May 5, 1919 in Salmon, Idaho and was the only daughter of Nell and Clayton Andrews.     Gail married William A (Bill) Rule in 1942. They traveled extensively during WWII. Her husband was a pilot in the U.S. Air Force she worked in administrative jobs for the U.S. government.   After the WWII they established the Rule Garage in Dell, MT.   Following the death of her husband in 1972 she lived in Dillon, MT and then moved close to family in Aiken, SC.   Gail was predeceased by her husband William Rule, and her parents Nell and Clayton Andrews.  She is survived by her sons, Craig Rule and George Rule; her grandsons, Clayton Rule and Travis Rule; and one granddaughter, Madison Rule.   Gail's family will hold a visitation from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at The Brundage Funeral Home, 300 South Atlantic St, Dillon, MT. 59725 (406-683-2112).   Interment will follow at 2:30 pm at the Mountain View Cemetery in Dillon, MT. In lieu of flowers, please consider supporting Alzheimer's research.
