Isiah Thomas Leavens

Our sweet precious little boy, Isiah Thomas Leavens, was born to Joshua and Amanda Leavens on October 16th at 10:14 p.m. at Community Medical Center in Missoula, Montana.

Isiah passed peacefully shortly after in his parents loving arms and surrounded by family. Although, his time here on earth was short, we will always cherish the time we were able to spend with our precious son. We know you will always be looking over us, especially your brother and sister, and will always be our guardian angel.

Fly high like an eagle sweet boy, whatever you do.

Isiah is survived by his parents, Joshua and Amanda Leavens. His siblings, Leila and Elijah Leavens. Grandparents, Annie and Michael Meek, Tina Moran, Robert Leavens and Dusty MacDonald, Great Grandma, Tina Annis and great grandpa Jim Moran (Marty). His aunts and uncles, Hollee (Ben) McCann, Cheree (Buck) Meek, and Tabitha Leavens.

He is survived by many cousins and other family. Isiah is preceded in death by many great grandparents and family.

We are so grateful for all our doctors, Dr. Kelly Smith and Dr. Bardett Fausett, our nurse Ashley Miller, all the other nurses at Origin Health and Community Medical Center that helped support us during this time.
