Jane (Crane) Rebich

Jane Emma Rebich passed away January 27, 2015 at the age of 91.  She was born at Missoula, MT  June 3, 1923 (the seventh of nine children) to Clarence and May Crane.  At the age of 6 she moved to Dillon with her family.  She graduated from Beaverhead County High School and Butte Business College.  she was married to George A. Rebich.  In 1942 she moved to California while her husband was in the service.  Returning to Beaverhead County in 1945, they ranched on his parent's ranch south of Dillon for 10 years.  She worked as a legal secretary for 20 years for Gilbert law Office.  Her husband died in 1985.  Her beloved son, Bob died June 17, 2009.  Her sisters Irene and Ivy and her brothers Clarence, Warren, Lawrence, Charles and Bernard predeceased her.  She survived by her sons Larry and George B. (Linda Jean). Her daughter Linda Kirkelie (Federico Delbert Flechsing) and her brother Gene Crane.  She has 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.  She was a Member of the First Baptist Church where she was secretary for many years.  Her family, church and pets meant everything to her.  Services will be held at the First Baptist Church, January 31, 2015 at 10:00 with graveside services at Mountain View Cemetery.  A reception will follow at the First Baptist Church across from the post office.  Memorials can be made to First Baptist Church or the Humane Society of Dillon.
