Jeri Wagner

Jeri Lynn Wagner passed away October 17th with her children beside her. She was born on September 10th 1943 to Chet and Grace Crichfield. Jeri graduated from Beaverhead County High School in 1961 and graduated from the University of Montana in 1965. She returned to Dillon and worked for the Forest Service then for R. W. Wagner, CPA. Jeri and Ron married in 1966 and ran the business together for 43 years. They had 2 children Brenda and Brad. Jeri loved to camp, fish, go on drives and she picked rocks everywhere. Jeri loved working with her hands, knitting and doing embroidery. She would make wood animals, refinish furniture, and do woodcarvings. Always the mother, she would make sure to take care of the whole family. Jeri volunteered at the Presbyterian church and was always helping in her kids activities. Brad took care of Jeri during her illness. Jeri was proceeded in death by her husband Ron, brother Jack, mother Grace and father Chet. She is survived by son Brad, daughter and son in law Brenda and Brad Zink, grandchildren John Zink and Colter Zink, sister in law Cathy Weber and nephew Rio Crichfield-Weber among many other nieces and nephews. “ Be happy for me - no more bad things to do or appointments to keep.” Per Mom’s request there will not be services.
