John Corman

John Louis Corman passed away at his home on August 10th 2014. He was born September 3rd 1950 in Wichita, Kansas, the second child to John Wesley and Evelyn Marie Corman. They moved to Dillon in 1954 and he grew up on the Rock Island (now known as the Matador) Ranch. He went to grade school in Dillon and graduated from Beaverhead Co. High school in 1969. He worked on the Matador until he joined the Army.  He was stationed in Washington for his boot camp, then went through Medical training in San Antonio, Texas. He spent some time in Germany, and did his reserve in Dillon. He worked for Pfizer's for 22 years. He then retired and spent his final years ranching on the Sweetwater. He was preceded in death by his father, John Wesley Corman, and his mother Evelyn Marie Corman. He is survived by his sister Linda Sue Thompson and brother and sister-in-law Bruce and Jessie Corman and nephew Sheaune Corman, all of Dillon. Graveside military services will be held at Mountain View Cemetery on Wednesday, August 13th at 10 AM.
