Julie (Turney) Tash

June 16, 1958 — May 15, 2014

JULIE "NAN" TASH 1958-2014 Julie "Nan" (Turney) Tash passed away doing what she loved: Serving others while working cattle in the Big Hole Valley. John 14:12 Let not your heart be troubled; believe in GOD believe also in me. In my Fathers house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. Julie came into the world on the 16th of June 1958 in Philipsburg, MT.  She was born to Jack and Yuvanne Turney"¦giving them the best Fathers Day present a couple could ask for. Shortly thereafter, the family moved to the Big Hole Valley and later onto the Ruby Valley. Ranch life instilled in her a great work ethic; good humor "developing character and making work fun:" a dedication to our community; and, an unconditional love and solid faith in GOD"¦all of which will be passed onto many generations to come. In 1976, Julie graduated from Sheridan High. She then decided it was time to further here studies at Pillsbury Baptist College in Minnesota. A short time later, she met Guy Lalicker while attending Western.  Out of this marriage, three great daughters were born. Years later, Julie remarried and started a new chapter in her life with her soul-mate Billy Tash.  They were a perfect match for each other.  While we all agree, her life was cut way too short.  These were some of the happiest of times for Julie. Julie is preceded in death by her father Jack Turney and brothers Bobby & Jaydee Turney, and many cherished aunts & uncles. She is survived by her husband Billy Tash, daughters Angie (Jeff) Himmelberg, Lyndsey Lalicker, Tanya Lalicker and Noah Bronner.  Aaron (Kami) Tash, Kyle (Jayme) Tash, and Kacee-Jo (Dallas) Mock, and Julie's first husband: Guy Lalicker. Her grand kids: Cache Lalicker-Hartkopf, Kaiser & Sienna Himmelberg, Tess & Taytum Tash, Adrijana Bronner, Brooks & Daxton Mock and Ladeley Tash.  Mother Yuvanne Turney, sisters: Cheri Burke, Vicki (Matt) Woods, Jackie (Mark) Peterson, Doug Wilson, sister-in-laws Jenny Turney & Carol Rossen and many, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Psalm 143:8 Let me hear Thy loving-kindness in the morning; For I trust in Thee; Teach me the way in which I should walk: For to Thee I lift up my soul. Celebration of Life services will be held at Mountain View Baptist Church in Twin Bridges, MT on Tuesday, May 20th , 2014 at 11:00 a.m.  (p.s. Julie may be ½ hour late) A luncheon will be held at Madison County Fair Grounds following services.
