Loudon Ruegsegger, born to R. John and Delma Ruegsegger, died Nov. 27, 2022, in Dillon, Montana. He was 80. Loudon was born in Malad City, Idaho in 1942 and later moved to Dillon with his family. He attended school in Dillon and graduated from Beaverhead High School. He served a service mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. After his mission he returned to Montana and made Dillon his lifelong home. Loudon was an active member of the church throughout his life. Loudon was the third child in his family and is survived by his oldest sister Janice Kay Cleverley (Bobby); older brother Ralph Vern Morgan (Linda); younger brothers John Larry Ruegsegger, Dewey Ruegsegger (Cheryl); younger sister Linda Coplen (Dennis); 11 nieces and nephews and many grandnieces and -nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Bobby Cleverley. Loudon was a friend to all he knew and never met a stranger. He was loved by his family and friends and will be missed. Burial will take place in Dillon, Montana with a memorial service to be held in late spring of 2023.
