Mary Kamigaki

Mary K. Kamigaki, 91, of Dillon, Montana passed away Wednesday November 30, 2022 at Barrett Hospital. Mary was born July 26, 1931 in Las Animas, Colorado to Matsuzo and Yone Miyagishima Endo, where she lived until the family moved to California. In May, 1942, Mary and her family were relocated to Poston Internment Camp in Arizona, where they stayed until August, 1945. After leaving Poston, Mary lived in Clearfield, Utah. She graduated from Davis High School. On October 25, 1952, she married Robert Tadao Kamigaki in Ogden, Utah. Robert died October 26, 1956.Mary worked as the secretary/bookkeeper at Kiesel Sales and Service in Ogden for over 30 years. She moved to Dillon, Montana in June, 1995.



Mary was preceded in death by her husband Robert, her parents, three brothers and three sisters.



She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Pamela and David Hanifen of Dillon, Montana, brother ans sister-in-law Hiroshi and Shirley Endo, Clinton, Utah, sister Yayoi Leard, Clearfield, Utah and sister-in-law Rits Endo, Riverdale, Utah. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.



Following cremation, a private service will be held in Ogden, Utah at a later date.
