Michael Glennon

May 25, 1980 — November 22, 2013

Our Beloved Michael went home to be with god on November 22, 2013.  Mike was born on May 25, 1980 in Butte, MT to Michael Edward Glennon and Linda (Sage) Glennon.  Mike spent the early part of his life living in Glen, MT a place which was very dear to his heart. Whenever someone would ask him where his favorite place on earth was?  Mike was always quick to respond with "God's Country" Glen, MT.  Mike attended Riechle grade school and then went on to attend East Junior High and eventually Butte High School as part of the class of 1999. After school Mike left his beloved Montana behind to start a new chapter of his life where he pursued a career working with his father for Rigging International as a crane operator.  Having passed the stringent testing for his crane operators license, Mike started operating cranes on projects ranging from nuclear power plants to sea ports throughout the United States. Mike was a proud member of the International Union of Operating Engineers District Council 36 local 1036. In 2010 Mike came back home to Butte and then moved down to his beloved "Ranch in God's Country" Glen, MT. This is where Mike truly found his happiness in life.  Mike was once again reunited with the lifestyle and past times that he so loved. Mike loved working on the ranch, fishing, hunting, and just plain living on his own little paradise. The ranch was not the only thing in life Mike loved.  Mike adored his daughters Angel and Brooke Glennon. They were the apples of his eye. Mike never missed an opportunity to show off a picture or two or just plain brag about his two little beauties.  When he wasn't talking hunting or fishing he was talking about his daughters and when he wasn't talking about his daughters he was talking cars. Mike also had a love affair with 60's muscle cars in which he had started collecting several years prior and currently had two set aside one for each one of his daughters.   Mike will be truly missed by all those who knew and loved him.  Mike will always be remembered in our hearts as a father, a son, a brother, and a friend. Mike is survived by: Mother and Stepfather Owen and Linda McDevitt, Father Mike and Mila Glennon, daughters, Angel Glennon, Brooke Glennon, sister Sarah(Doc Vivian), sister Michelle (Mike Blakeley), sister Beverly Baril Glennon, sister Kelly McDevitt, brother Jerico Glennon, brother Shawn McDevitt as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Services will be held at Brundage Funeral Home 300 South Atlantic Dillon, MT November 26, 2013 at 1:00pm. www.brundagefuneralhome.com guest book.
