Patsy (Contway) Bennett, 72, of Dillon, Montana, passed away Saturday, Oct 19, 2013 at home surrounded by her family.  Patsy had been very ill for nearly a year.  She is the third child born to Harold (Toke) and Helene Contway of Dillon.  She attended schools in Dillon and graduated from Beaverhead County High School in 1960.  She also attended WMCof UM for a semester.  She acquired a cosmotoligist license in Illinois. Patsy loved care-giving.  She started out as a candy striper in high school at the old Barrett Hospital and then worked at Parkview Acres Nursing Home as a NA.  She also gave willingly of herself to give home care to the elderly.  Her unselfish desire to always be there for others is a well documented trait of hers.  Cooking and making crafts was another trademark of hers.  She was a member of the American Legion Auxilary.   Patsy was GOD'S PRINCESS.  HE brought her out of exile into HIS Kingdom.  She had five simple rules to be happy in life.  Number 1:  Free your heart from hatred - FORGIVE.  Number 2:  Free your mind from worries - Most never happen.  Number 3:  Live simply and appreciate what you have.  Number 4:  GIVE MORE.  Number 5:  EXPECT LESS. Patsy's survivors include her husband Bob Sr (49years plus) of Dillon, Daughter Johanna Palmgren (Darren) of Bluewater, N.M., Son's Tom Bennett and Bob Bennett Jr of Dillon, Brothers Harold (Toke) Contway Jr of Dillon, Wayne and Karole Contway of Dillon, Grandson's Dustin McNeill of Billings, MT., Joshua McNeill of Milan, N.M., Chance Mayer of Bozeman, Mt, Liam Mayer of Bozeman, MT, Duncan McNeill of Bluewater, N.M. and Granddaughter Helene McNeill of Bluewater, N.M.  Great grand children Chardeza McNeill, Dezrah McNeill and Jerimia McNeill of Milan, N.M. Glorifying Patsy's life will be at the Brundage Funeral Home after cremation on Thursday, October 24th at 11 AM, Pastor David Andrew of the first Presbyterian Church will preside.  Graveside services will be at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to Barrett Home Health and Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice.
