Pearl Chandler

Pearl Carson Chandler, 86, went home to be with the Lord on January 12, 2016. She was born in Ethelton, Saskatchewan June 19, 1929. She moved to Oakland, CA in 1948 where she attended nursing school and met the love of her life, Dean. They were married on February 23, 1952. They had three children, Jane, Douglas and Kim. In August of 1969 they moved to Dillon and made that their home. Pearl was very involved with her church and loved to read and garden. She cared about people and felt blessed in being able to help others. Pearl was preceded in death by her husband, Dean, five sisters and one brother. She is survived, loved and missed by her children; Jane (Jack) Rhodes, Douglas (Kari) Chandler, Kim (Kirk) Berg, grandchildren; Mark, Anne, Lauren, Whitney, Mara, Becky, Sarah and Steven and great grandchildren; Kate, Lily, Emerson, Paige and Nathan, her sisters Dorothy, Vera, Chris, Meryl, Eileen, Evelyn and brother Gerald. There is a visitation scheduled for Monday, January 18th from 9 AM to 12 PM, with funeral services starting at 1 PM at Brundage Funeral Home.
