Roberta Chism

Roberta (Berta) Warrick Chism, 70, of Dillon, passed away at home from an extended illness on February 10, 2020. Roberta was born on June 14, 1949 at Dillon, the daughter of Aileen and Jess Warrick. She was a graduate of the University of Montana and began her teaching career as an art teacher at Hellgate Elementary in Missoula. Berta was an award winning pastel and water color artist. She enjoyed camping, fishing, and taking all kinds of pictures for future art projects. She also enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and especially grandchildren. Berta was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, brother Calvin, and nephew Robert. She is survived by her husband Paul, daughter Michelle (Bill), son Kim, grandchildren Jordan, Casey, Jacob, Hunter, and Kyona, mother-in-law Aileen, brother Walter(Trudy), and many cousins, a nephew, and nieces.. A celebration of Berta's life will take place later in the spring at the Mountain View Cemetery in Dillon. The family suggests in lieu of flowers send memorials in Berta's name to Barrett Hospital & HealthCare Hospice at 600 Hwy 91 South, Dillon, MT 59725
