Shirley Jean (Perusich) Reynolds, 85 Shirley was born on February 20, 1937 to Joseph and Helen (Malensek) Perusich in Butte, MT. She was one of ten children. Her mother passed away when Mom was 16 years old. Shirley attended Beaverhead County High School and Hamilton High School. After graduating, she attended Western Montana College, where she became a teacher. She married Thomas J Reynolds, June 21, 1958 and lived in Melrose. They later moved to Dillon where they raised their five children, T.J. (Gayleen), Colette, Donald (Renee), Bernadette (Raymond), and Lynette (Mike). Shirley is survived by her husband of almost 64 years, her 5 children, along with 15 grandchildren, Larissa, Ashlynn, Thomye, Terry, Lynn, Kristina, Mikayla, Sydney, K.C., Shaun, Madison, Keidon, Sara, Heather (deceased), and Matthew, 23 great grandchildren, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Mom had a love for the color of purple, bowling, sewing, crafting, knitting, cards at the Senior Center and later developed a love for golf. Upon her wishes, she has donated herself to science to continue educating students. She also wished that here be no services. Donations can be made to the donor’s choice.
