Vivian Sullender passed away on September 20, 2017 at St. James Hospital in Butte, Mt. one day after her 84th birthday, following a short illness. She was born in Whitehall, Mt the youngest of nine children to John H Sullender and Myrtle Grace Switzler. At the age of ten, upon the death of her mother, Vivian moved into her sister's home in Twin Bridges, Mt.. Nora and Myron Morris then raised her as their own. After graduating from Twin Bridges High School in 1952 Vivian spent her life in the food service industry beginning at the Montana Children's Home, Western Montana College, and completing her career at the LDS Temple in Idaho Falls. In 1988, after the death of Myron Morris, Vivian moved back to Twin Bridges to be with her sister, Nora. Vivian was a lifelong member of the Eastern Star, Royal Neighbors of America, and Ladies Auxiliary to the VFW. Vivian was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers: Ralph, Harold, John, Zane, Owen, and Loren, her sisters: Nora and Phyllis. Vivian will be remembered as a loving and caring Aunt by her numerous nieces and nephews. Per her request there will be no services.
