William Theodore Neal, 94 of Dillon, Montana passed away at Parkview Acres Care and Rehabilitation Center on August 1, 2015. He was born on October 5, 1920 in Dillon, Montana. Bill was a United States Navy in World War II from May 13, 1942 to April 17, 1943 and was honorably discharged. He served as an Armed Guard Center Duty (Pacific) in July 19, 1942. He was preceded in death by his parents John T. and Katherine Myrtle Neal and brother Edward. He was survived by his wife Leonora Concepcion Neal, son John W. (Joni) and grandchildren Kassidy and Zachary and brother-in-laws Atty. Concepcion (New York), Dr. Valle Jr. (Maryland) Dr. Cagata (Kentucky) Engr. Salvador (Chicago) and a nephew Dr. Lim (California) and in the Philippines and U.S.A. and sister-in-laws in the U.S.A., Philippines, Germany, Canada, Switzerland and Kuwait and nieces and nephews in the U.S.A., Philippines, Norway, Germany and Libya. There will be a vigil service/rosary at 7 PM on Wednesday, August 5th at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church with visitation from 8 – 9 PM at Brundage Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Thursday, August 6th at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church at 12:10 PM and burial with military honors will be at Mountain View Cemetery in Dillon, MT.
